McGivney Ministries
McGivney Ministries is a team of parishioners and advocates that promotes many ministries that serve the issues of our times: food insecurity, housing insecurity, economic inequality, racism, the dignity of life, and stewardship of the environment. We serve in the light of Christ with direct service, education, advocacy, and worship.
Our current ministries support food and toiletries distribution, Amistad Catholic Worker House, St. Martin de Porres Academy, the Springs Learning Center, Open Wide Our Hearts, Dignity of Life (in partnership with Respect Life), Catholic Relief Services, and Laudato Si'. Newer ministries include the St. Joseph the Worker Community Garden and developing a partnership to fight human trafficking. We welcome new members!
